Greetings from Теd Vоlk!

I created this site to provide the Board of Directors with a permanent space to answer the members' questions (and update those answers.) As a candidate for a Director's seat in the 2025 election, I am also posting my analysis of the Jackson Hills’ state of government and what changes I would propose. Since the term for the majority of the Directors is not expiring, I am prepared to work cooperatively with the incumbents and another winner of this election on improving this HOA’s rules and practices.

When I post updates, I am incorporating suggestions from the fellow members (I do not post anything that I cannot verify.)
